Deliverable: Process maps, decision registers, change-management plan, adoption playbook.

The engineering side of program work, sized small enough to actually get adopted. Keeps an engineering team from becoming a compliance liability.

Training and coaching.

Format: One-on-one coaching, small-group cohorts, embedded ramp.

I’ve spent thirty years running project and program management in environments where errors cost years and billions. Nuclear new-build, civil infrastructure, regulated industrial systems, heavy construction. PE and PMP. I founded Non-Linear to bring that structural work to teams too lean to build their own PMO.

What that means for clients: PE-stamped, PMP-trained, process-engineer, GenAI-native. Most consulting practices don’t combine those. The ones that do rarely bring them to teams under fifty people.

Prior work spans utility-scale nuclear new-build, national laboratory programs, federal earned-value management systems, Class 1 railroad engineering, and municipal civil infrastructure.
